Bradd purchased the business in 2021. Bradd is active in the water sector holding Senior Executive positions within the industry. Bradd shifted back to the South West region after 13 years with the diversified construction contractor, John Holland Pty Ltd. He holds a Master of Business Administration and post graduate degrees in Employment Relations and Occupational Health and Safety.
PAUL WHITE
Works Manager
Paul joined Australind Water Boring and Civil in 2021. He has a strong mechanical aptitude and a meticulous approach to his work. Paul is responsible for day-to-day operations and logistics. Paul holds a range of different industry qualifications to ensure every Customer gets a quality outcome.
TAMARA DEMEZA
Business Manager
Tamara joined the Team in 2022. Tamara joins Australind Water Boring and Civil after holding senior administrative roles. Day to day Tamara manages our Customer enquiries, human resources, administration, accounts, marketing, statutory compliance, and procurement. Tamara is completing a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in human resources management.
The drilling industry typically has a very high ratio of casual and contract employees. We operate differently and aim to maintain a stable Team as we believe training people ‘our way’ provides better outcomes.
Our Offsiders undertake a Certificate III in Drilling Operations, and after a period with AustralindWBC, commence their drilling qualifications with Australian Drilling Industry Association. We are also fortunate to have Brent Sidebotham (the previous owner of AustralindWBC) retained as a Consultant.
